(HIGH POINT) -- The Spring edition of the High Point Market gets into full swing Monday.  More than 85,000 people are expected to attend the event which runs through Thursday.

Brian Casey, President and CEO of the High Point Market Authority said business has been brisk so far. "Everybody is still somewhat cautious, but people are just getting down to business.  They're not coming in complaining when they're going into showrooms and I think it's a good sign. I think it's reflective of some of the recent improvements in the economy that we're seeing," said Casey.

More than 2,000 exhibitors from across America and 106 foreign countries are expected to visit some 180 buildings and 10-million square feet of showspace during the event.
