(RALEIGH) -- The National Federation of Independent Business North Carolina will feature Republican Sen. Richard Burr as it keynote speaker on April 19 in Raleigh. It is part of NFIB North Carolina's Small Business Day at the Capital.
“Small Business Day is a great opportunity for small business owners from around the state to find out first hand what’s happening in Washington and in Raleigh and meet one-on-one with their local legislators,” said Gregg Thompson, state director of NFIB/North Carolina.
Other speakers will include North Carolina House Speaker Thom Tillis and Senate President Phil Berger. The event takes place at the Cardinal Club in downtown Raleigh.
