CHARLOTTE -- Curtis Media Group’s news operations received eight honors from the Radio and Television Digital News Association of the Carolinas and the Associated Press on Saturday at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Club. CMG swept all three AP categories and this marks the second consecutive year than Newsradio 680 WPTF was honored as Associated Press Outstanding Radio News Operation of the Year (North Carolina).
