RDU Adds Destinations

MORRISVILLE -- With two new cities and four new nonstop routes, Raleigh-Durham International Airport will soon serve 50 nonstop destination, thanks to an announcement from Frontier Airlines. The airline will begin serving two new destinations: Kansas City and Providence as well as launch new flights to Austin and Cincinnati.

“Fifty nonstop destinations is a huge milestone for us,” said Michael Landguth, president and CEO of the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority. “Thanks to Frontier’s growth at Raleigh-Durham International Airport, we can better connect Triangle travelers to new destinations at super affordable fares. What’s more, Kansas City is a top unserved destination and Providence is a very popular northeastern city. This is great news for travelers.”
