(ROXBORO) – A suspended female math teacher from Person County High School remains at large after warrants were issued for her arrest after charges were levied that she took indecent liberties with a student.

Megan Trainor, of 321 Floyd Hicks Rd. in Timberlake is charged with taking indecent liberties with a student, a felony, and misdemeanor charges of preparing obscene photographs, slides or motion pictures.

Person County Sheriff deputies have not been able to locate her. Law enforcement officials said the student involved in this case is 16-years-old and male.

Trainor was suspended from her position Wednesday as a 9th grade math teacher at Person County High hours after school officials received information about her alleged misconduct with a student.

Trainor has been with the school system for three years.
