(STAR) --  The man accused of shooting four others at a Montgomery County lumber company Friday morning died early Saturday of injuries he suffered after shooting himself.  50 year old Ronald Dean Davis died early Saturday at the UNC-Chapel Hill Medical Center.

Witnesses say Davis was a disgruntled employee. Accounts from witnesses indicate that Davis entered a warehouse before 6 a.m. and started shooting at people. One person who was injured remains in the hospital.

Montgomery County Sheriff Dempsey Owens says it appears that Davis targeted his victims. Owens says Davis left a rambling, multi-page note at the shooting scene.
