(RALEIGH) -- People are still reacting to the video showing four marines from Camp Lejeune urinating on the dead bodies of Taliban Fighters.  North Carolina Sen. Kay Hagan said the video should not condemn every Marine.

"We have great men and women serving us in the Marines and I'm very proud of our men and women at Camp Lejeune and I'm sure that they all will stand up and be sure that this injustice is investigated and that it will never happen again," said Hagan.

There are differing opinions on what to do with the Marines involved in the incident. Some are calling for them to be prosecuted while one GOP presidential candidate, Rick Perry, said criminal action would be "over the top".  Sen. Hagan, who sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee said she will let the investigation play out and certainly take a close look at the Marine Corps' recommendation once the investigation is complete.
