Governor-elect Pat McCrory was sworn in on Saturday, but he already has some serious issues on his desk.

McCrory told business leaders this week that implementing Obama Care will require important decisions in the next few weeks.

"And We're doing that evaluation right now on whether or not North Carolina should participate in a state exchange or a national exchange and have a federal government run it. There are pros and cons to each one of these."

Health care exchanges are marketplaces where consumers can use government subsidies to shop for health insurance.
