RALEIGH -- We are now well into the third month of signup activity on the exchange website for buying health care insurance --as efforts continue to work out the kinks.

On North Carolina's Morning News with Brian Freeman, Blue Cross and Blue Shield CEO Brad Wilson says patience is needed as we move forward.

"It has taken us fourty years plus for the system to evolve that we are now trying reform and make better. We all realize that we aren't going to make it all better overnight."

Blue Cross and Blue Shield is the only company offering policies in all 100 counties in North Carolina through the exchange.
