RALEIGH -- It's looking to be a white flag week for groups that help the homeless and poor, including the Raleigh Rescue Mission.  That means that there's a very real chance of freezing to death, for the homeless and indigent.

Brace Boone with the Rescue Mission says even though the shelter's already full, they're trying to make room for more.

"With the weather dipping down below freezing and staying that way, we added a few more spaces."

The Rescue Mission is at 314 East Hargett Street in Raleigh.
