Raleigh, N.C. - Governor Pat McCrory issued the following statement on teams from North Carolina selected to play in this year’s NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament:

“Congratulations to the women's basketball teams from UNC Asheville and North Carolina A&T on being selected to play in the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament. I know they will both represent the state of North Carolina well in their efforts to bring a national championship home.”
