(RALEIGH) -- The campaigning is just about over in Iowa where the Republican presidential field is working hard to win caucuses on Tuesday evening. Tom Jensen at North Carolina based Public Policy Polling said their survey this past weekend shows only a one point difference between the top three candidates: Ron Paul, Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum.
"Iowa voters just aren't that thrilled with any of the candidates, so it's keep any of them from being able to sort of consolidate support. A lot of people think that Ron Paul's foreign policy views are too extreme. A lot of people think that Mitt Romney's not a real conservative," said Jensen. He added that voters may also think Santorum is not able to beat President Obama.
