(RALEIGH) -- Over the past week, polls have indicated that the Florida GOP presidential primary is Mitt Romney's to lose. Tom Jensen of North Carolina based Public Policy Polling said Monday little has changed.
"Mitt Romney is definitely headed for victory in Florida," said Jensen. "We find him at 39 percent right now to 32 percent for Newt Gingrich. Rick Santorum and Ron Paul way back at 14 percent and 11 percent respectively."
Jensen says the only true suspense is whether Gingrich will lose by single digits. The survey finds that Gingrich is still popular with Tea Party voters and Evangelicals.
