(WASHINGTON, D.C.) -- One member of Congress from North Carolina has a unique perspective on Thursday's Supreme Court ruling: U.S. Representative Renee Ellmers is both a legislator and a health care provider. She said she was surprised with the court's view on the law.

"I wasn't expecting them to rule and call it a tax, which it is.  It's the largest tax increase in American history, so, you know, it was a little bit of a different perspective than I was expecting," said Ellmers.

She said she and her fellow representatives are committed and will work even harder toward a full repeal.
