(RALEIGH) -- Rep. David Price (D-NC) is taking issue with his congressional colleague. On Tuesday he defended President Obama's record on foreign policy and slammed Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney's plans.
Price spoke following a visit to North Carolina by Sen.McCain's. Price criticized a recent Romney speech on international affairs.
"The foreign policy speech offered some bluster. It offered some rhetoric but really it's very, very hard to find anything that Romney can really critique about President Obama," said Price.
Price also said veterans have fared well under President Obama, with improvements made to housing, health care, and the treatment of stress-related disorders.
