RALEIGH -- Do profit-making businesses have religious rights? That was the question at the center of Tuesday's Supreme Court arguments in a case challenging part if the new health care law.
Some companies object to the requirement that they provide coverage of birth control saying it would include methods that violate their religious beliefs.
Barak Richman, Professor of Law and Business Administration at Duke University said, "I would venture to guess that the Supreme Court will once again not be terribly sober or not be terribly partial, and they will indeed come up with something that might further ignite the flames of ObamaCare, rather than trying to administer it in a responsible way."
Demonstrators on both sides of the issue gathered outside the courthouse.
