(Wilmington, NC) The man accused of lighting three arson fires in Carolina Beach in December had an appearance New Hanover County District Court today. 22-year old Marshall Doran, who could face additional grand jury charges, faces two first-degree murder counts and will remain in the New Hanover County jail without bail. According to published reports, Doran will retain Raleigh criminal law attorney Douglas Kingsbery.
