(WILSON) -- A man who barricaded himself inside his house near Wilson for more than 13 hours surrendered without incident on Thursday morning. Eric Radke, 46, locked himself in his home after police arrived late Wednesday afternoon with an order to involuntarily commit him to rehab.

Early on in the standoff Radke said he would shoot anyone who tried to come into his house. Police fired tear gas into the home at about 5:45 Thursday morning.  Radke exited the home and surrendered.  There were no injuries.
