(WASHINGTON, D.C.) -- As the Supreme Court hears arguments about the national health care law known as Obama Care, North Carolina Republicans Rep. Renee Ellmers said Republican want it repealed no matter what the decision os the Supreme Court is. She said a requirement in the law is unconstitutional.

"It states that either you as an individual or a business owner provide health care, so in other words, individual citizens must have health care, one way or another and basically what this is doing, it is basically saying that individuals have to purchase a product," said Ellmers.

Democratic North Carolina Congressman David Price said past experience indicates that the new law is enforceable. "Medicare, other kinds of health care laws have been validated forever, ever since they were first enacted and this health care law that we're debating today is one that involves much less of a governmental role," said Price.

The Court is expected to rule in June. Price said their decision could have a big impact on the November election.
