Army Chaplains and mental health counselors immediately rushed to the scene of Thursday's shooting that killed one victim, the shooter, and wounded another soldier during a safety briefing. Fort Bragg Public Affairs Officer Colonel Kevin Arata tells ABC11 that mental health and grief counseling will be key to the soldiers' gathering their strength and pick up the pieces.
