DURHAM - The 2014 Triple A All Star Game is taking place in Durham. While the game's not until Wednesday, events started Saturday, July 12.

Shelly Green, President and CEO of the Durham Convention and Visitors Bureau says that they expecting the Bull City to be packed for this event.

"We're expecting about 30,000 fans to attend the festivities over that 5 day period and a good 20,000 of them are not going to be Durham residents."

Green tells us they are expecting more than three million dollars to be spent in Durham by visitors and fans over the five day period.
